Adorable pictures of Joel and Santa during his visit to Crabtree Valley Mall with Oma and Ross. Joel had such a fun time with Santa... sort of! He really was not thrilled about Santa. However, we did get a cute picture of the event. After the fact, he loves to go to the picture and talk to me all about it. He wants to compare this year’s picture to last years picture. He loves talking about how they are the same and different. Kids are so funny.
It is also interesting to learn about different families traditions. My family always took the yearly picture with Santa Clause. We have them up in our house and it cute to see how much Mary and I changed during the course of a year. Ross and his family did not take these pictures, so it is funny to go with Ross and Oma who seem perplexed by my desire to purchase these pictures. I hope that as they look at cute little Joel they will both see how much fun it is to see Joel with Santa. We will see.
